Everyone agrees road safety is important. At several meetings, the Harvey Cedars Taxpayer Association (HCTA) has discussed the safety of bicyclists and pedestrians, who bike, walk and run along the Boulevard in our town. To improve safety, Boulevard changes have been proposed by the County Engineer, adopted by the Borough of Harvey Cedars and endorsed by the HCTA.
