Island-Wide Clean Up

Alliance for a Living Ocean (ALO) and Clean Ocean Action (COA) is organizing a coordinated island-wide clean-up with taxpayers associations across the island.  Harvey Cedars will particpate in several ways:

1.) Volunteers can sign up to tidy any area of town they wish, it doesn't have to be the beach.

2.) If our dune grass is delivered by then, volunteers can sign up to plant dune grass on the dunes that need it the most (the good folks at HC Public Works Dept will help us determine that).  

Afterward, stop by the firehouse for a light lunch and the members-only Offshore Wind Meeting where you can learn more about all aspects of this proposed project (see separate event listing, and yes, memberships will be accepted at the door).
