HCTA Tax Revaluation Meeting #2

All Harvey Cedars Taxpayers are invited to an information session on May 30, 2026, at 10 AM at the High Point Firehouse on W. 80^th Street to learn about the upcoming town-wide Tax Revaluation. A Revaluation Program seeks to spread property taxes equitably within a taxing district by ensuring that each property is assessed based on its value. Inspections on Harvey Cedars parcels will begin in mid-May. The last town-wide revaluation in HC occurred in 2004 (22 years ago).

We will provide breakfast refreshments, drawings, a presentation and handouts. Brought to you by HCTA and presented in cooperation with the Borough and Professional Property Appraisers Inc., we will answer the following questions:
